Demolition update

We are about to start demolition works to remove the glass atrium at the Kelloggs Tower in Greenford West London. The works are programmed for 8 weeks and will involve the use of a 150 ton crane:

The demolition of the former Unilever site 225, Bath Rd Slough was completed at the end of April, two weeks prior to the completion date. The site (approx 51000m2) was demolished to the top of ground floor slab and involved major asbestos removal works, fencing, hoarding and tree protection works, ecology works and working above a live medium pressure gas distribution main. We recycled approximately 15,000 tonnes of material from the site and minimised the traffic impact by pre-processing materials where possible to maximise the volume of material in each lorry load removed from site. This included the first use of our new Lefort scrap shear/ baler:

We have commenced works this month at McGriggor Barracks in Aldershot, John Barker Court Brondesbury North London and the former Toyota vehicle showroom and workshop in Chichester.
